You would have to bring it into the shop to see if there is an interest. I would suggest that you try selling it locally through CraigsList or a local shop.

If you plan on coming to Vegas and are interested in selling them to the shop, there’s a link with an email address for you to contact the production company. Otherwise. I suggest a local comic book shop or eBay

If you plan on coming to Vegas and are interested in selling them to the shop, there’s a link with an email address for you to contact the production company. Otherwise, I suggest looking for similar products on eBay or testing the waters there with a reserve that’s high enough for your comfort level.

I was wondering, we always see the cast of Pawn Stars buying or receiving items to pawn or to buy. I wonder if they would ever show or make episodes where they are actually selling items that they have for sale in the pawn shop. Couldn’t the film crew or the producers try to make tv episodes that show them actually selling items from their pawn shop? I think that it is a good idea, and after all, they are in the business to make money, so why not make tv episodes where they negotiate and sell items from the store? Makes sense to me, give it a try and see if this idea will work.

I had called the store to ask about selling my Thomas kinkade pictures since his death I heard the value has went up on them and before I got out I have some Thomas kinkade paintings the guy said thanks for calling and hang up on me that is very unprofessional and I thought the pawn guys had better employees than that the gentlemen didn’t eve let me finish my sentence n hung up on me I also have the full set of princess Diana and prince Charles commemorative royal wedding set with both dolls and the prince william doll too for sale but he didn’t even give me a chance to tell him why I was calling or anything I am flying to Vegas on Tuesday and was just wanting to know if it would b something they would b interested in buying so I’d know to bring them with me or not I’ve found that the set is quite rare .. But I guess I will not because there employee wouldn’t even let me finish one sentence to see if they might b interested that kind of attitude just makes me not even wanna watch the show anymore they seem like real good guys on tv but I guess it’s all a act for tv .. Not a very good way to treat customers

I suggest that you contact the production company. There’s a link with an email address for you to contact the production company.

  15. larry says:

Thanks for the suggestion but I would suggest that you make it to the production company. On the site, there’s a link with an email address for you to contact them.

  16. larry says:

It’s a shame when anyone gets treated like that and perhaps there were some crazy circumstances at the time. I would highly suggest that you contact the production company and not the shop itself. email them at: Pawnstarstvshow@gmail.com

the same thing happened to me when i called a couple weeks back about the door plate i just barely got to finish what i had to say and dude hung up on me he had said thanks bud ……click…………. if they are doing this on a constant basis it is not worth visiting the shop this makes them look bad for buisiness please reply Jcollectit@yahoo.com………………………………………………………………………………………………

  19. larry says:

Hi Jaeson, I appreciate your comment and certainly would not like being hung up on either. Please note that this is a fan site and not an auction house or pawn shop. The producers of the show have an address (Pawnstarstvshow@gmail.com)for anyone wishing to be on the show. However, they are not freebie curators that will do research for people trying to find the value of something. Very often the Pawn Stars require experts in determining the value of things and even then, it’s when they have the item in-hand. You are certainly free to contact the same experts that the show uses and I have a feeling that without seeing and holding the item, they may not be able to assist you, even for a fee. Here is a link to them: http://www.thepawnshow.com/who-are-the-experts/. Many people search Ebay and other auction sites to find the value of things and I suggest that you try this. I wish you the best.

    Larry

  21. larry says:

Hi Jason, Your are certainly entitled to your opinions although name calling isn’t exactly professional or courteous. I suggest that you give up trying and just enjoy the show or don’t watch it! The producers of the show prefer email communication for people planning to come to The Pawn Shop. Please remember that this is entertainment and not a public assessment service.

what a totally disfunctional group of people!!! the old man is cool…but rick, and his fat son are always trying to run people’s items down and jew them down with dumb comments and bullshit…interesting stuff, but having to watch these clowns is no fun.. Chumlee is a maroon…dumb as a rock…the best part of the show is the experts that come in to tell rick the real value of an item…they should have their own show..some do.
so rick, get a life and quit being so arrogant and needy
